Keto Salmon with Chunky Basil Pesto
Salmon is one of the best to eat when on a keto diet. It is rich in protein and omega-3 fatty acids. The combination of salmon and pesto is surprisingly goodthat you will look forward to having another round of this meal!

Ingredients
For the salmon

For the sauce

fresh basil

Instructions
For the salmon
Season the salmon fillet with all the spices and herbs.
Heat a non-stick pan and add olive oil.
Add the salmon to the skillet, skin downfirst. Cook for a few minutes.
Flip the salmon carefully and continuecooking until thoroughly cooked. Set aside.
Forthe sauce
Usinga food processor, prepare all the ingredients.
Add the ingredients in the food processor.
Pulse on high until everything is coarsely chopped, about 1 minute.
Serve the salmon with pesto and a slice of lemon.
